Somalia a friendless, lawless country devastated  by ruthless insurgents is enlisted to be a member of EGAD of AU, Arab League, Muslim League without gaining any credential. All these institutions never react to the crisis situation in Somalia. They have tried to convene sixteen reconciliation conferences outside Somalia but in vain, as they were occupied by their own intrigues disregarding Somali determination.

The improper implementation peace plans has in the past hindered the success of peace agreements. The Somali reconciliation conferences were often hijacked by institutions or groups who had no real connection in Somalia affairs. These groups have contributed to the continuance and escalation of Somali domestic violence.
The Somali crisis derives from a complex web of local, regional and international factors. These factors have influence in the Somali crisis situation. International community has decided to facilitate a process of Somali disintegration for the ultimate fusion of clan and sub-clan units with neighbouring states. The agenda to dismantle Somalia into smaller states, is scrutinised by AU chaired by the Ethiopian Government, who has a long history of hostility with Somalia. This programme is backed by the EU and US, both of which have hidden agendas of their own, and waged proxy wars in Somalia.

The recent political wrangling between the executive and legislative institutions shows how the international community’s influence is actively working. The erratic decision to end the TFG period also indicates how the neighbouring countries and international community mutually disrupts the motivation of the Somali society irrespective to their government institutions.

The international brokers are manipulating to endgame the Somali aspirations of unity and decided to conceal the reality on the ground. What Somalia needs today is not the recipe of additional mayhem and incoherent strategies from usual suspects of disingenuous propositions, simply to formulate to prolong the continuing Somali epic.
What Somalia lacks is a competent, honest politicians and elites with peace building credentials, with the profile and calibre of genuine Somali nationalism. Somalia is fated to remain hostage to faction leaders and power-mongering groups, with no common agenda except to seize power by force, disrupt all peace process and create anarchy.
Strong legitimate government is the key issue of bringing peace and stability to Somalia. A government that continues to stress its commitment to the peace process, open to all Somalis, without recalling minority clan discrimination, willing to promote the return of restoration in Somalia, determined to seek a solution by negotiation, reconciliation, and other peaceful means at their disposal. Not endorsing narrated agendas by outside foreign brokers, implementing their own interests regardless of Somali ambitions towards peace and solidarity.

The Somali people without intervention from outside can take a close look to arrange reconciliation conferences, considering new inventive techniques which will be used to bring a solution to the decade long fighting to a peaceful close. That will initiate a new era for all Somali people.

Somali Salvation Vision Network organisation is initiating comprehensive genuine dialogue and reconciliation conferences inside Somalia (where peace is relatively calm) to transform the crisis into a tangible peaceful solution without outside interventions. We will focus on integrated strategies that address the fundamental issue of creating avenues to strengthen relations between the contesting groups, trying to resolve the animosities and misconceptions rectifying all previous faults, warning the young generations to be neither the catalysts nor the partners of future disputes and clashes . Lets us speed up our momentum to reach up our goal of reconciliation and reunification.
